As a former CEO of a software company, I have very high expectation of both technology and support. Novi Systems surpassed my expectations on both. Their technology was able to deliver the assessment functionality that I needed at a fraction of the price that other vendors wanted.

Due to some complex requirements of my application, I had frequent need to contact Novi System's support staff for help. Their support was always extremely timely, efficient, and friendly. They have a can-do attitude that never wavered. Despite having hundreds of clients, they made me feel like I was the only one that mattered on that particular day. This is the essence of great customer service and I have rarely seen it delivered to such perfection by a technology company of this size.
