User privileges

The type of function that users can perform in Novi Survey depend on their level of access to the system.
Users with a login to the system and no additional privilege can access the Portal and the User profile pages.
Users who are a member of at least one organization can view the data in the organization at the level of lists (see all list pages, e.g., Survey list, Folder list,...). Users in organizations can be granted the following roles:
Independently of organization specific roles, a user can be a system administrator. A system administrator can perform any task without restriction in the system.
