Messages shown to respondents when they take a survey can be customized for each language applicable to the survey. Messages that can be customized include data validation messages, labels for demographic information fields (including custom fields), and miscellaneous other messages.

To customize messages for a survey, use the "Text messages" tool in the survey list screen.
