Question and visual elements are selected based on the type

Question and visual element can be selected based on type (multiple choice, open ended, ...). Once the desired question or visual element is selected, press 'OK' at the bottom of the screen. The question or visual element can then be defined in a new page.

A preview of a sample question is displayed at the bottom of the screen for each selected.
