Change the text and tool tip for the navigation buttons for surveys

Novi Survey supports two types of buttons for navigating between pages of a survey: graphic button and textual button. The visual appearance of both types of buttons is controlled by the settings of the templates assigned to the survey.
The tool tip for the graphic buttons and the text for the textual buttons can be customized for each survey. These customizations are set in the 'messages' screen for the survey.
The messages controlling the text associated with navigation buttons are found in the 'Miscellaneous' section of the message screen.
