The matrices tab contains parameters that affect the appearance of matrix questions as illustrated in the figure below.

• Matrix header color: The color of the column headers for the matrix

• Matrix row color: The color of even rows in the matrix.

• Matrix row alt. color: The color of odd rows in the matrix

• Matrix header row color: The color row headers (i.e., rows that span the width of the matrix and contain a text label)

• Matrix border color: The color for the borders in the matrix

• Matrix selection color: The color of cells when the cell is selected (i.e., the cell contains a selected radio button or check box)

• Segment separator: The type of separator to use to distinguish between segments in the matrix
