Sections and timers
|
A sections is a set of one or more contiguous pages in a survey. A section may have a timer associated with it. A table of content of the sections in the survey can be displayed to participants in the first page of the survey. For sections that have a timer, the time remaining to complete the section can be displayed in the table of content. Upon reaching the end of a section, the completion action to take is configurable. The completion action may be to return to the section table of contents, or to continue with the next section in the survey.
A timer is a counter that measures the time taken by a participant to complete a section. A timer may have a maximum allowed value. When such a maximum value is defined, the action to take when the timer reaches the maximum is configurable.
