Your thoughts and experiences are super important to us and we want to share a chance for you to share your thoughts and help make our school district even better. Your feedback is key to figuring out what is going well and where we can do better. By teaming up, we can make our school a more supportive and awesome place for every student.

This survey talks about a bunch of things like classes, how we communicate, and what you think about the whole school experience. Your answers will give us the info we need to make smart choices and improve the way we help students and their families. Don't worry – your answers are totally private, and we'll only use them to make our school and school district better.
