If You Are Currently Not Working: Think about or imagine your favorite work situation when answering questions.
If You Are Wanting To Change Your Work Situation: You may not be sure about whether to take the assessment from the perspective of your current situation versus a future dream. If this is your situation, take the assessment from your current situation.
