Interpret errors that can occur when taking a survey

Several errors can occur when taking a survey. When an error occurs, both an error message and an error code are shown in the browser:

The participant edited the URL to access the default page and the survey URL uses a custom domain |

The response to edit cannot be found |
2 |
The survey does not have any page or question |
3 |
The survey was not found |
4 |
The organization for the survey is not active |
5 |
The survey is by invitation only |
6 |
The maximum number of responses for this survey is already collected |
7 |
The maximum number of responses per respondent is reached for the respondent |
8 |
The maximum number of responses allowed by the license is reached |
9 |
The reference to the survey responses was lost. This error can happen if the application restarts while a respondent is answering the survey. |
10 |
The survey status is closed or the current date is not within the range of dates when the survey is available |
11 |
IP address of respondent is not allowed |
12 |
Incorrect reference to the survey. This error can happen when a respondent edits or bookmarks the URL for the survey. |
13 |
There is no page to display for the survey or the URL to view a response for the survey is not correct |
14 or no error code |
Unexpected error. Try taking the survey again. |
15 |
The survey is set for access control on both login and invitation. The login for the user and the person for the survey invitation do not match. |

The survey invitation was revoked (i.e., the person invited was removed from the invitation group after the invitation email was sent) |

The date set for the survey to open is in the future |
18 |
The URL for the survey is missing a value for a required response parameter |
19 |
A report was requested for a single response. Either the response does not exist in the system or the response is for a survey not supported by the report. |
20 |
The invitation links in test emails sent from an invitation group cannot be used to respond to the survey. |
